Motorola's fast charging is called TurboPower, and it only kicks in when the phone, the charger, and an intact USB-C port all negotiate correctly. If the "TurboPower connected" notice no longer appears, the usual culprits in order are: lint packed into the USB-C connector, a worn or non-TurboPower cable and brick, and finally a damaged port. On a Razr, are the outside cover screen and the folding inner screen the same part?
No — they are two separate displays repaired independently. Modern Razr foldables pair a large glass cover screen on the outside with a flexible pOLED inner panel that folds on the hinge.
